Quality replacement for 2426458 temp sending unit

Looking for the best option for a replacement for the temp sending unit for my car.
Part number 2426458 is the OE number per the 66 parts book

Are ANY of the aftermarket units any good if I cant find NOS

The Standard Motor Products TS17 (or the low rent TS17T) are accurate for my '67 temp gauge after going through a couple others that Rock Auto said were good but weren't. Should work for other years as well.

Should be able to find them locally or Amazon has them for about $10.
