Quarter Panel sound deadener?

I'm getting ready to hang a new quarter on a 68 GTX and need to know what everyone uses for sound deadener that is sprayed on the quarter that you see from inside the trunk?
It's actually quite thick, and is painted body color. I'm trying to make it look as factory as possible, but don't know what the "Pro's" do. 3M makes all kinds of products that sound
good, but I have no experience with 90% of them. I am working in a body shop so I'm not completely numb! Thanks for any help!
