on a 67 gtx manual 4 wheel drum, is there any valving inside the distribution block , tried using a pressure bleeder today after replacing wheel cylinders set at about 7psi and barely dripped out brake fluid from the bleeders. Fronts bled fine. Or do I have a restricted rear hydraulic hose?

Check for corrosion in the rear bleeders. No valves inside the distribution block. Could possibly be a collapsed rear hose where it goes from the body to the axle.

wheel cylinders are new , so if there is no valving must be a rear hose issue

How is the petal feel after bleeding the front? If you have a full hard petal, more than likely the rear hose, but make sure the hard line is not restricted too.

Spongy, feels like it still has air

Sure you have all the air out of the front? May still be the rear hose.

I’m going to replace the rear hose and go at it again

Remove the rear hose and give the petal one good pump to verify flow to the rear. The MC could be in question here too as well as the hard line and the splitter/distribution block. It won't be messy if you run a rubber hose from the hard line into a jar.

I wouldn’t rule out debris plugging the bleeders. Especially if the lines are old and the cylinders new. Could still be plugged. Also, new parts, even though they are new can have crud in them.

Dunno if you got this worked out or not, but my brother was having issues with his 67 Coronet. Turned out his original 50 year old rear brake hose was swollen damn near shut. He cut it in half and there was only a pin hole in the center for fluid flow. That hose looked 100% normal from the outside. From now on, I’ll be replacing old hoses even if they seem ok.
Travis..

The rear hose was definitely restricted and as you mentioned it looked fine from the exterior
