Are the rear seat bottoms the same as a four door or a hardtop?Specifically concerned were the seat comes to the rear "door panel" is it square to the panel or do they roll in like the four door?I have been told they are like the 4dr.Doing a double check. Then when you order seat covers do they offer them for it.

I've been curious of this myself. I just recently bought a pretty original 2dr sedan and it had rear seat with rounded edges and wondered if was mistake or standard on sedans. Figure original though since had cars build sheet in it

Typically the read seats are different from 2Dr to 4Dr. 2Dr square; 4Dr rounded. Sedan and Hardtop the same. However; they are physically interchangeable and it wouldn't surprise me if it happened at the point of build due to shortages, misorders, grabbing the wrong part, etc. I have a 4Dr rear seat in my '64 2Dr. If you didn't know, most wouldn't notice.

I've seen pic's of hdtp rear seats that are square to the body. And was referencing 2059's pic's as correct.Technically I don't care if one is correct or not, other than when it's time to order repop seat covers. The seats I pulled out of a 65 ply sedan were round, and appear to be original to the car.A friend in michigan said they are rounded. And his is a 66.
