Hey guys what to know if any one can steer me in the right direction on what the paint would be on the piece of metal that is mounted between the head liner and windshield on the roof ? Texture? low gloss black?

Also what would the metal pieces on either side (R&L) following the roof line from front to back that trims the head liner. Runs the same length of the the drip rail? But on inside. sorry don't know the real name for them. Would they be gloss black?

My over all interior color is black.

Thanks for any help

Aren't those textured a little bit as well? I can't remember but I thought mine were slightly textured.

I'm thinking the piece that trims the front windshieldbetween the head liner and windshield from post to post is the textured finish.Same as dash and column.? The piece ispretty worn so I can't tell what the original was for sure.

And wouldn't the pieces running along the drip rail overtops of door glass be gloss black same as the tops of doors where you put yourarm out the window when your cruzin feeling cool..LOL ?

So the best I have found out is the head linner trim over doors is gloss black to match the rear painted side panel just below the rear pop out windows
And the head linner front windshield trim is black textured to match the dash.

Does any one else have any more info?

Mine is same color as dash, blue. With the suede look. I think it's called, same as dash. I believe the upper parts of the door you are referring too is either body color or interior color.

Match the upper molding to your headliner would be best I think. I am no expert tho.

If you are looking for the color that is the same as the dash, then that would be black suede. Instrument Specialties carries it and sells it by the pint. $99.00. It was made by PPG

the side peices are gloss interior color, the peice accross the front is flat interior color ,blk etc
