Anybody else experience bad customer service from R/T Specialites? I DO NOT suggest anyone dealing with them!
IF you get him to actually answer the phone, he's about worthless as tits on a bohr hog. I got a package floating around somewhere with parts I need I never recieved, probaly just because he wouldnt let me take a minute to spell my address for him. Called him up and after the third call, "well theres nothing I can do all I can tell ya is it shows its on the truck...its in your neighborhood somwhere." Thats been over a week.Hate spending money with someone who dont give a damn if you get your pckage or not, as long as they get their money..
Well for one, he can give me the firetrucking tracking number, and two he can stop being a penis, and three I hope you have the same problem one day. ThanksWhat do you expect HIM to do? Before you answer think about as if you owned the business and it were your living.
I've been in customer service, and I've been a contractor. I can tell you, there are always two sides to a story. The truth is usually in the middle. Sometimes there were simple problems, and the customer came at me full of piss and vinegar. Wanna guess how helpful I was to him? Best statement I ever used as a customer, or as the businessman, "What can WE do to fix this?"
