Any help you could give or if there's a video posted somewhere I could watch. Trying to remove the radio in my 68 GTX...thanks!

Close. It's actually two flush-head screws on the front, underneath the woodgrain faceplate. Two nuts on the face of the dash where the knobs are under that dash plate, then one bolt on the back under the dash where the rear support goes on the radio. Unplug it and it should come out without too much fuss.

There is also a nut on the backside that mounts the radio to a metal brace hanging from the dash structure.
Two wiring plugs - one for speaker(s), one for power, both coming off the left towards the steering column.
Yeah, they use the recessed head screws on these that fit flush down into recesses in the dash framework - I assumeAhhh yes yes. I am thinking on my old mans 66 Charger they are nuts. Forgot the newer 68 and up stuff is a tad diff. Good call!
Do a search for that on here. There is tons of info on that subject. Thanks guys...looks like I'll be having to remove the gauge cluster as well as none of the gauges are working and the speedo is off by about 50mph...any suggestions on what would be the issue with the gauges?
