Rally dash Vs. standard on 69 Coronet?

Does anyone know what the difference is between a rally dash frame and a standard dash frame are on a '69 Coronet or is there is one? I know that the lower dash pads are different. But, will a rally gauge cluster fit into a standard dash frame as used on a Coronet 440? What is needed to convert to rally gauges from standard?

The cut outs on the rally dash frame are bigger, however, I'm sure you can modify your existing non rally frame to make them fit.
