FOR SALE Rallye Gauge Cluster

Rallye gauge cluster from a 71 charger with 150 MPH speedometer, clock no tach. Missing light and wiper switch, gauges and speedometer worked when removed. The face has been painted black sometime in it's life. Lens are intact but could use polishing. Could be brought back to driver quality but I would classify as a good parts dash or if someone wanted to upgrade a 74 to a 150 speedometer. I don't post here much am on the A body site mostly. What's that above the gauges ? It looks like something is attached to the top of the face,it's very odd.Is it a reflection from a camera flash off the plastic lenses ?
