Rallye Wheel odd date code

I just picked up 4 14x5.5 wheels. Nice condition but will need to be restored.
Date codes are: 9 11 20, 2 6 5, 9 10 20 and 6 5 24.
It's the 6 5 24 that has me confused.
My understanding is these wheels were manufactured between 68-74. If so, what is the '6' date code. It's supposed to be the year of manufacture. Did they make these wheels in either 1966 or 1976? I doubt the '6' is a '9' by the M1 stamp above it. Also, I understand repo trim rings for these wheels vary in size - depth and retainer clips placement. Any info about this is appreciated.

Came on 1970-1978 vehicles so started in 1969 and were defiantly made in 1976. Look at Volare /aspen had them by the thousands.
