rallye wheel options?

I posted another thread earlier about custom painting rallye rims which jolted my memory to a set of rims I saw that if I remember correctly were mopar rallye and had stainless or aluminium bezels around each of the boomerang shaped openings. I was only a teenager then and lived in chevy land being the only mopar owner in the group. Were there any options like that available?

It wasn't a factory option, but it may have been something a dealer may have done on his own.
