Randy Bachman gets his guitar back

Great story, I am amazed when events turn a full circle. BTO, come on man you got to love them. Four Wheel Drive at volume 9, I always leave a little extra in the tank for emergencies.

Man, I remember when B.T.O. absolutely dominated the airwaves in my high school years. Most of the music still holds up today.
Yep. And there still on the Airwaves.

Not Fragile was one of my first albums.
And Yes...I had the other one too.
Great story, thanks.

Amazing talent there and VERY under rated. Love his music with the Guess Who and BTO. The 8-track tape is in my 1970 GTX at all times!

thanks for posting

Sweet story! Hard to believe!

BTO is the Canadian CCR.
(That's a compliment).

I remember blasting that on the car radio. It was the first song on their first album (1973). Well, first album with the BTO name - they had already put out two other albums as 'Brave Belt'. This was to be the third Brave Belt album until they decided on the name change. I have the other two albums. The Brave Belt albums had Chad Allen on vocals; he was the original Guess Who vocalist who sang 'Shaking All
Over' back in 1965.

By the way, the photo on that music video shows Blair Thornton beside Randy, he was in later incarnations of the group. That particular album had Tim Bachman instead. Three Bachman brothers (Rob on drums) and Fred Turner.

I saw them here in St Louis, Dec, 1973 Poco / Bachman-Turner Overdrive / Chad Stuart. That takes me back to a time when life was a little different. I graduated from high school in 74. Thanks for sharing!!!
