Rare Satellite,Yeah Satellite

1972 satellite

My father has a 1972 satellite,318 car. and he is going to give her to me next year. Here is my thought.I was thinking of putting my 383 out of the roadrunner into this unit.Clone a gtx or roadrunner.Whats your thoughts?

Whatever you do keep the org. engine( if its #rs matching)

Only changed my engine cause there wasnt anything to start with...Im going to leave my Satellite tags on the car-(grill/header pannel-)

Yeah make it what you want...I have a 1 year only Satellite Sundance it's kinda Rare) but I think they are ugly so I'm building it the way I want it,I'm saving all the original parts and being careful not to destroy any of the originality so future owners can return it back to stock condition if they want.Who know I might want to restore it back to stock in 10 years, better to save the parts than have to go hunting for them years down the road.

That Satellite is rare.

I looked at a 71 Satellite that was a 383 2bbl, 3spd on the floor, Deep Sherwood Green with a gold roof strobe stripe. It also had ralley gauges and a white bucket seat interior with no console. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase the car.

I bid on that last time around even though it would be a long drive.

There's also an N code 70 Coronet 440 in top banana with a 150 speedo.
