FOUND Rear 11 x 2.5 Backing Plates

Need backing plates that will work with my 489 rear on a coronet.

Bought a compete set of brakes including backing plates from a vendor on this site and the backing plates are not correct for the 11 inch. Called the vendor and was verbally abused and called names, hung up on. Now I am stuck with the drums, shoes and hardware for 11 inch and wrong backing plates.

Guess I will toss the plates I have and look for the right ones.

Disappointing, to have a setback when thinking dealing with reputable (??) sources. Never again.

Please let me know if you have backing plates for sale.

I’m pretty sure I have a set of 2, 2.5, and 3” ones. Would just like to verify the backspacing on each. Does anyone have those numbers? 1 think it’s 1 5/8” or 1 3/4” but I can’t quite remember right now.
