Good evening everyone! I’m trying to figure out how these mount on the lower side wall of the rear seat side wall panels that help keep the carpet in place or even if they are supposed to be in this car! There was no carpet when I got the car!!! 1968 Plymouth Road Runner. Thanks as always

They go up against the bottom of the quarter panel interior panel, the slotted end goes under this sill plate trim panel. Door / carpet sill plate

As @Runner 68 said, and I use an ice pick to locate the hole that the stainless screw screws into on the other end.
