I would suggest the Legendary panels. We have used both the PUI and Legendary panels and generally the PUI panels will require a bit more work as the provisions for the panel clips are not completely removed. The material is scored, but you will have to spend some time removing the excess material. But the PUI panels are 40% less expensive than the Legendary panels. It can be hit or miss with either brand as quality control seems to be lacking with both of them.
As for as someone having them on the shelf ready to ship, good luck. Possibly someone like Classic, but most smaller vendors will have to order them which requires them to be made up. It is also very likely that you can get a better price on either brand by looking at an independent vendor for either of the two. The shipping is also a killer as well.
