This doesn't really answer you question, but might help. I replaced my front frame rails & looked into reproduction pieces similar to the Sherman one you have a picture of. I ended up using used/salvage frame rails instead BECAUSE the aftermarket ones don't have any of the little attachment point, bolt holes, etc, etc and I figured it would cost me a lot more money to use the aftermarket frame rails in labor.
I believe the rear frame rails have less of these "specialty attachment areas" and you might be able to transfer most/all of these from you existing frame rails, but I would still recommend used ones if you can find them. There's a guy on this site and/or moparts.com that specializes in used frame rails (mopar mark????). He cuts his parts from non-rusted cars. Somebody here probably knows how to contact him OR other similar salvage guys.
Oh yeah, you need a really good "frame shop" to install these, not a "basic" body shop. The car has to be supported & measured very carefully before cutting out the old frame rails & replacing them.
Here are pics of the rear clip. The left frame rail rear section is bad and will need replaced from the shock cross member back, but the passenger side full rail is good. I would consider selling it without the inner wheelhouses. PM me if interested.
