rear light bulb socket?

Hi

Is this lamp called rear light bulb socket with bulb?

When I am driving back the left side white light is not going and I have the feeling that this part is missing. Trying to find a „new“ one, any idea where to buy and how is it called?

You do know that's a reverse (back-up) light, right?
It shouldn't be on when going down the road!
