I recently added Mopar xhd rear springs in my 73 dodge charger. Will a factory shock be OK or do I need a longer shock from a different vehicle so it don't pull the body to the springs? I want to stiffen the rear up a little as well.

You really need to measure full travel both ways on the car & the current shocks. I ran into this problem on both ends of FURYIOUS which also was modified with different springs & T bar settings. I ended up with a C body shock on rear & still managed a stock shock up front.

I was told it might be smart to run a c body rear as it will. Also help raise rear an 1".

you could of ordered springs from Espo with plus 2 inch to raise the back end.

Running the same size tire on the Bee with stock springs ,do you just like the rearend up higher?
I just like a little rake, but I need new rear shocks and just wanted to make sure I didn't need any longer because the xhd springs are stiffer and have more leafs
