Rear Window Problem - Fury Station Wagon

I have a 1964 Plymouth Fury Station Wagon. The rear window is electric and has quite working. It is in the down position. I have removed the inside tailgate access panel, however, the glass is obstructing me being able to access the motor and wiring. Any suggestions?

can your reach the clips that hold the window to the regulator, remove them and push the window up and out of your way ?
