I need to rebuild my power steering gear box with new seals. I have the kit and off the car sitting on my bench to do this but need help with getting this thing apart. Does anyone know the proper way to do this. Thanks. By the way it is a 70 bee. Pics may also help.

You need ( some )proper tools, Providing you dont actually open the box . All you need is the ability to remove the seals without damaging the case, After that , just be sure to set the new seals proprerly , and Use the correct lubricant. Is the Pitman arm off of it? Always be sure to set the pinion to worm gear correctly if you get in to it that far.
