011.jpgsince no one is reproducing the pad for a 65 I decided to do it myself. one person with my old core he redoes them. but for $600.00 I said no way. I peeled the old vinyl off. to repair the cracks I used a product called Great Stuff insulating foam. I made a v grovein the old foam and filled it with the great stuff foam. then I used a rasp to level it off after it dried and sanded it. then went over it with 2 part spot putty and more sanding it was ready for new vinyl. I got 1/3 yd. from Lengendary auto and used a good spray contact cement on both parts and carefully put them together. intx 377.jpgtx 397.jpgtx 371.jpgtx 374.jpgtx 396.jpg012.jpgtx 368.jpg more picts when the vinyl is on
