Red hot power steering pump

What's the skinny? Filled up the reservoir a couple of times, started her up and turned the wheel stop to stop with the wheels off the ground. When I turned off the motor, the pump was smokin' hot and I mean smoookin!

Went to the beer fridge and let the thing cool off. I guess there was an air bubble? Runs warm only as it should. Again, the answer was in the fridge all along. Giddyup. Thanks for you guidance Rich.
