The previous owner of my 65 Bell II decided to change the interior color from tan to red. My question is; Could the body side molding color be optioned to match the interior color, or was white the only color available? I need to do what would appear to be correct for the car (with a red interior).

Black was the only other color available for the side trim! You could paint it to match!

I am Not questioning your answer, however this car , (which still wears its original paint) has white in the molding, with no trace of black underneath. The car is painted light tan with absolutely no traces of repaint anywhere.

What he is saying is that white or black were the only two side trim colors available.
