Relacing p/s box seal

Help needed please. I need to replace the seal at the top as it leaks. Once i remove the steering shaft how do i get access to the seal

I'm curious too to see responses to this also. My box was done years ago by Steer & Gear but always seems to have a little PS fluid collecting in the recess around the lash adjusting screw. Tried tightening up the nut (not the screw) but doesn't seem to have helped much.

I used a small but sharp punch to put it through the seal shield and pried it out. A screwdriver will also work but I think the punch is easier. Putting the new one in is harder than getting the old one out Grease the seal when you put it in. PITA but it's workable.
