Remote Mirrors

My mirrors are in really good shape but the drivers side has a limited range of motion and the passenger side is basically covering the holes in te hdoor. Does anybody know how, or where, I can get this fixed?

Jules can completely restore them bad boys and as far as I know he is the only one doing it.

BTW - I was Comm/Nav on KC-135s, B-52s, and C-130s from 1981-1993 ( I cross trained into a staff job for my last 8 years).
