Removable Steering Wheel

Has anyone ever seen an adapter to convert a stock steering wheel to a removable steering wheel on a 63 B Body (Dodge 330)

It's getting harder and harder to get my butt into the car with a roll cage and I would rather not hinge it or remove it.

Ask and you shall receive. Mine is a 64. 3 holes were drilled in the wheel to bolt it to the adapter. I made the aluminum spacer to attach the old shift bowl (gutted) to the adapter. The adapter was welded to the aluminum spacer (basically a large aluminum flat washer). The bowl is now just a decorative cover and is epoxied to the aluminum washer. The hex was welded to the shaft. In my case I made a new shaft from tubing to get the weight out but it is stock diameter.
