remove and install ignition switch key lock

you will need the tool or use a small flat blade to unscrew the lock ring, find a new switch that comes with keys. make sure you match the switch to your year car 68 is different to 69 it sux finding that out after the fact.

Once the switch is removed you insert the key then turn it to accessorie then using a small screw driver ect.
push in the brass release button and pull out the lock.
