Removing steering wheel

Anybody know what's the next step after this?? Trying to remove steering wheel off of a 66 belvedere non-automatic and shifter on column. Thanks let me know

Do you have a steering wheel pulley?
 
Steering wheel puller, auto parts store will loan or rent you one.

Some times you can get it off by rocking it back and forth! Be sure to keep the nut on a little bit for when it comes loose you don't hit yourself with the steering wheel!
 
yup. looks about right. did you spray the middle part with any penetrant? PB blaster etc...
 
Yup, make sure the bolts are in all the way and even so it pulls out straight.
 
Make sure the wheels are pointing straight. It's harder to line up the steering wheel if tires are turned.
 
Factory steering wheels only go on one way so don't worry about which way wheels are pointed. This steering wheel is a pain in the butt to remove but you are doing it right.
