replacement seat covers 1969 dodge charger

I have a 1969 rt/se charger that i'm restoring...probably this winter sometime I may replace the seat covers (they need it). My question is do I have to cut the head rest holes in the covers or can I get them with the holes pre-cut? I don't want to buy the expensive covers with the leather inserts. Just the cheaper covers 300+pr. because of budget reasons.
