Replacing Quarter Window rollers/hardware

Hey guys,

How do I remove the 3 bolts that hold the glass to the metal retainer? The washers on the other end keep spinning and I don’t know how to secure them.

A friend with channel locks and a impact on the other side. Or make a tool to hold the nut from a donated socket.

Snap ring pliers to hold the side with the two indentations and vise grips on the other side. Or, a cut off wheel/Dremel to take one side off and pull the rest through and then replace them.
