Could somebody please post pics of the engine side connectors on the bulkhead. I'm trying to figure out the schematics and how they reference the bulkhead connectors. I've only managed to find one pic scouring the internet and that pic doesn't match up with how the schematics show the wires so I'm thinking the guy has his wires mixed up. Mainly because per the schematics the only other wires that are supposed to be with the four 3-speed wiper motor wires in the bulkhead connector are two wires for the neutral/backup switch, the other two show empty. Please help! I should post a pic of the harness that was in my car that I'm trying to go off of it is insane. Some of the so called splices were just bare wire twisted together and taped!

eagleone1983,
I'm feeling your pain. Hach job under the dash of my 68 Charger R/T. got the dash lights going but still no wipers, turns, or blower moter working. Good Luck brother

Still wondering if someone can hook me up with some pics...

Ill take some and post later this evening. 105k mile 69 coronet with 318. Car has not been hacked on so I bet all of that is in original positions.

Pics later...

Cool thanks, I'm thinking there might be slight differences since mine is a 383 but maybe not.

what are you having trouble with on the schematic? it should show a connector depicting the engine bay side and another of the interior side with letters just match a to a and r to r etc. follow the wires.

I bought a color coded and laminated 11x17 on ebay for like $10 best $10 i ever spent. cleared all the shorts up.

I just wanted to verify how the schematics reference the connector location. For example, on the schematic is the top connector which has the headlight/turn signal wires the top most connector on the car? I would just match everything up with the dash side bulkhead connector but I can't be sure that those are right either but I haven't had a chance to check that yet.

Is that the color of your RR in your sig? Looks like mine T5

Your eyes do not decieve you. It is a T5 or at least at the moment 25% T5, 75% primer.

So when looking at the diagram how would you reference left/right to the car. Does the diagram draw it as looking at the back of the plug or the front...I hope I'm making sense. I think in the end I'll just have to do the best I can and match up what is already on the dash harness to what I have with the new engine and forward light harness.

Gee sorry I hadn't subscribed to this post and forgot about it. Looking at the diagram top is drivers side bottom is passenger. right is front and left is tail rear. Hope that helps. T5 rocks, I have my engine bay painted new with the original T5 as soon as I get mine stripped it all goes T5. I t is a great color in the sun

I don't know why I didn't try looking at this before but actually the FSM has way better diagrams than the ones you can get off mymopar. I've got it down now and the connectors to the bulkhead are actually keyed. The top one is for the wiper motor and back-up lights.

My car should be fully painted on the 15th of December so I'll be posting pics in my restoration thread when that happens.

Sorry I took so long to get a pic to you... Hope this helps. if you need more, just send me a PM.

Awesome, thanks Cev. I just want to be clear mostly so others viewing understand the extra wires on the top connector cause I think I've got this connector thing nailed, hell I've been staring at them long enough I should. You have an A/C car correct? That would be the thicker dkbl and dkgn wires.

Yes, Its an A/C car. If yo need more pics like some with the harness unplugged from the bulkhead, just shoot me a PM.
