NOS: Never been installed. The box is pretty bad, but the part looks great. The switch pulls out and pushes back in good. The plastic chrome looks good. Switch mounts under the dash, with the supplied bracket. No other parts needed to install. I bought this for another project. I planned to mount it inverted, so it didn't show. The switch could be then pulled strait down, with it's built in red warning light, illuminating the floor. Please view pictures.
