I think it's just more TV drama. The first Pinks was pretty lame with waaay too much drama, arguing, car length spotting and all that.
then with Pinks all out it got better with a little less drama.

I'm afraid this new show will be even more TV drama & BS.
The media will do anything to make a buck and sell air time.
even if it's total crap. JMHO

it wont affect me 1 way or the other. i think the show will be lame and people will get bored of it fast.

I haven't seen it, when & where is it going to be on ??, I'm with most the guys here, I think Rich is a total D-Bag/Narcissist/bald headed dweeb {but he is a MoPar Lover guy}, he just makes up his own damn rules on the fly & isn't/wasn't very consistent on the other 2 shows Pinks & Pinks All Out {He does also produce allot of the speed channel shows}... But it's a Drag Racing show, playing off the street Racing theme somewhat, so I will watch for "Damn sure"... IMHFO the concept isn't too bad, just a play on the old Pinks show, I'm sure there will be allot of un-necessary drama, the concept to being band after you lose & awarded $50k if you win 10 races, sounds pretty damn cool to me also...

X2! Wagner has that self-deprecating humor that makes it believable,and even Ken Herring isn't overly obnoxious. I try to catch every episode,just to keep up on stuff. They need to do a "sleepers" episode.

I'm with you other cats as far as Pinks(nice concept,crappy execution) and Pinks All-Out. I wish All-Out would have featured fields of slower cars(What;like you couldn't find sixteen 11.50 or 12.00 cars within a tenth or two?) rather than a parade of 10.50 cars(not a knock on the 10.50 runners). Oh wait;it's what the "crowd" wanted...

Haven't seen the new show;I'll give you a "product evaluation" after viewing a couple of episodes.

I wish nhra stock eliminator got coverage. I find that to be infinitely more interesting than top fuel, funny car or pro stock. Bunch of "cars" that pretty much look the same and pretty much perform the same is boring. The good thing about these shows is the variety of cars that we can all relate to. I could do without all the negotiation crap and drama they try to add to it. Looks like they will be using an actual tree. Not king douche doing his over the top arm drop crap. Did he say 1/8 mile racing? That makes 2 strikes against it so far.

Really piss'd off At Rich.

Ok maybe I'll start off with the good.
In 08 rich and his crew came to Woodburn,Oregon and did his circus Arm Drop Live.
Where the took 236 or so cars and lined them up in 8 different lines.
I was in the 9 second line and they would run the lanes until there was only one car was left in your lane and they would start running you against the lane next to you.

Oh I forgot that Rich and his crew would post a time and the one that came closest and not breaking out would win that round.
For us old farts it was just like old stile street racing.
I put alot of high dollar cars on the trailer that day.
Guys that never street raced didn't grasp the consept untill it was over.
Was a runner up at that event.

Back to the bad.

Talked with my sponsors and talked about building a car for Pinks.
None of them can afford $50,000 tv Shots,but each decide to contribute there Part.
Talk about a bunch of piss'd off people when Rich got fired from Speed for making a stink about Money.
Speed cancelled both of his shows.

It's the guy that can BS the most that will win 10 rounds.

That Rich clown bugs me he probably would not even be able to gap a spark plug back in the first Pinks shows he did not even know about the arm drop he used to lift his arms up like he was getting arrested by the cops pretty funny to watch if they had someone on it the show would be far better.

I disagree to some extent... IMHFO I think Ken Herring is just another freaken' Mopar haten' douche bag, egotistical, narcissist too...LOL... I do watch "pass time", pretty much every day with Pops thou, despite Ken...LOL.., Brett "Big Swag" is freaken' clueless about drag race cars too, he know almost nothen' at all, but he's at least entertaining/funny sometimes, he's a decent host... I would like to see a different so called "Expert", that's actually from the "real drag racing world", not just a little Texas fab shop owner, changed every once in a while, instead of just stupid Ken Herring "The Mopar Hater" as the "so called expert", on every show... rant over, I feel much better now....
