I am trying to make up my mind what rims and tires would make my coronet R/T stand out, it has only 14" mag 500 on it now. So I need the better look any idea or has anyone got pic of their car with some different rims on. I was leaning towards s/s cragers 15" x 8 rear and 15"x7 front, looking for ideas.

Rims

here are a couple the 1st is a Crager Eliminator, 2nd a Rocket Ignitor, 3rd a Halibrand advert. {whats on my car 15x7 front 245/60s & 15x9 rear 295/50s}, 4th an American Racing Shelby American, 5th an American Racing Salt Flat, 6th my 68 RR w/Halibrands Poilished Kidney Slots, 7th Wheel Vintique Mag 500 17"... IMHO all the 15"-17" diameter wheels/rims look really good on these big B-Body Mopars large wheel wells, but the much larger 18" or bigger or smaller 14" look out of place, to big, or to small to me.... If you like the Magnum 500 look you can get them from Wheel Vintiques or Stockton Wheel will make you almost any size you want, with almost any Back Spacing too,,,

Yo,mon...git sum Double Deuces and sum Vogues on yo ride,sheeeeet...Be all stylin' and sheet...beetches will luv you,mon...dey gonna wanna ride wif yo azz...sheeeeet...

OK,seriously...(look;if you want a serious response from me on anything, you're going to have to work at it...)hard to beat a "traditional" look on that body. Bear's suggestion of slots is way cool(polished ones might even be better),Cragar S/S are another known quantity in the looks department(think Landy's cars),and I'm partial to these:

100_4991.jpg

Chrome steelies from Rally America. Wheel Vintiques and Stockton Wheel also produce them.

Another one that comes to mind, and IMO would be a great look on that body: Keystone Klassics. Cragar produces that wheel now,but I'm not sure if it's still made here in the U.S. of A.

Chrome Steelies look great on early 60's & 50's cars... Her's some Super bees & Coronets with different rims, none mine, the last 3 bare rims are Keystone Classics, Crager SS/T, Crager Pro Streets
