A lot of us have been searching for a few years now, the best out there unless you find some on ebag are hear on amazon. I have a set they are pretty good.

PS - I found these a couple of years ago but they are $90 and from Japan so wasn't sure what the shipping would be or the quality so passed but the running bird was what I was looking for.

I actually have two sets of the "Japanese" ones, although I bought them here in the US, maybe even from Pep Boys, but it has been a long time since I bought them. One set is in my son's Road Runner and one set is hanging in my basement for suture use.

They are thin rubber mats. The face of the mats are actually decent, but my gripe with them is that they are completely smooth underneath. This means that they do not stay put and slide all around - a bit of a PITA.

How about some double sided carpet tape under the mats?

I wouldn't want the glue to get on my car carpets, but you still have a good idea. Maybe some Velcro (the hook side) or something like that might work.
