Royal Purple is good. Amsoil is better. Only Amsoil and Mobil 1 are true synthetics.

I run Shell Rotella T diesel truck oil - hard to find anything better for the money for a classic engine. If you go to Bobistheoilguy.com and read up on Royal Purple, you will not be impressed.
