seat adjuster manual 6 way question

Hi,
can anyone tell me about the C62 seat adjuster manual 6 way option for bucket seat. This is listed on the original window sticker. Would anyone have one or a picture of what it looks like?

Not sure what year your Mopar is but I have been looking for one for my 70RR and I have found out the the 6 way manual seat adjuster frame for a 70 is a one year only (not sure what the Mopar part number is for the 70 model)....have been told that the other years will not fit a 70....not sure about the others or what years fit what.......the repro part catalogs have them (Classic Industries & I think Year One).
As for a picture just do search on the net for the mopar manual seat adjuster and you will find quite a few photos....
