Seat Belt question

Hello
Can anyone tell me what cars seatbelts were fitted to and what years?
Did my 69 roadrunner leave the FACTORY with seatbelts?
Where were seat belts fitted (front and back, just front etc)
Does it matter if it was bench or bucket seats?
Are there any other options that affect seat belts?
Should said seat belts match interior or be a set color?

69 should have belts, some were color coded to the car but most were black and there is different ones for buckets are bench seats.

How many seat belts should the car have in total? how many in front and how many in the back?
Thanks again having never seen in person a roadrunner (well a complete one) makes some of this a little hard

I believe front seat belts (lap belts) were manditory in either 66 or 67.
Usually the rear came with 2 and the dealer installed the center(s).
