Getting ready to install the seat belts in my 69 Runner. I inherited a big box of belts with the car and most are not marked as to where they go. Only ones I was able to figure out were the shoulder harnesses. Anyone have advice or pictures or better yet a diagram of what mounts where? Car is a bench seat car. Since I dyed my belts, the numbers on the tags wont help me much. I would need approx lengths and whether it is a male or female end. I also have different length retractors also so I would need to know which ones go where. I do have some other belts that the tags are still legible that I can look at. any help would be great.

The male end goes on the door side, front and rear. The center belt male end goes on the driver's side, front and rear.

Shown is my '66 Coronet 500, but the belt install should be the same, as far as lap belts go. I can't help you on the shoulder belt question, though.

Installed seat belts on my 69 last winter. if you have the shoulder harness installed the driver side lap belt should have a male and female connector. one for the lap and one for the harness. This means you can use only the lap if you like.

If you have a Factory Service manual, the seat belt diagrams are in it.

Patrick,

Could you possible give me the total length of the front seat belt fully extended? Looking to replace mine and I see different sizes available (60", 74" 90").

Thanks,
Mike
