seat covers

so... i replaced all the seats in my 65 coronet440. today i was taking the vinyl cover off of the rear seats that came out of the car. when i got them off, to my surprise i found what i think is the original cover. vinyl around the outside and cloth on the top of cushion. anybody see these covers before ? are they an upgrade option to the regualer vinyl covers ??????

OK, now I see what you mean. I have never seen that pattern on an early MoPar but that's not to say it didn't happen. They sure look like they are in great shape though!

yeah, they are pretty well perserved actually ! its is a neat looking cover ....

They look very close to an original cover,if not original!I have to check out the seats I have.out of a 65 2dr post.Will post a reply afterwards.

im positive they are original, there is some stenciling on the inside with what looks like a p/n, and the same trim code on my fender tag and broadcast sheet, and also has '65 marked underneath it .....
