my original 66 coronet 4 door interior is very good with the exception of the 4 top seat corners I intend to patch them with duck tape however I am going to have to dye or paint the duck tape to match the original color which would be best dye or paint

You may want to try a vinyl patch or vinyl repair kit instead. I'm not a pro, nor have I attempted to "patch" a seat, but I think it may turn out a little better than the duct tape.

As far as Vinyl paint/dye I've used Duplicolor, VHT, and SEM brands with no complaints. However, you may want to check out classicindustries.com for Mopar colors.
