Motor Turns Over with Key ...was told it ran when parked...Still trying to get it running, running into problems with a Mallory Distributor

Has NO Brakes At All

Bench Seat, Non Ralley Gauges
( this interior may be out of a Non SE Charger)
Car was Red ...someone did a very good job changing the color, very hard to tell it was ever red
Floors do have some patches....they did an Ok Job
Somebody's Project that Didn't get finished but it seems close
odometer reads 82,000
Motor is a 1973 400 backed with a 727 transmission ( car was a 360 Engine originally)
Rear End is a 8 1/4 Non Posi i'm guessing Gear ratio is unknown
It seems 95% of the car is here, Missing All under hood A/C Components like most cars from the era.
I Have the Hood removed to work on engine to get running, Also have Front Valance and Lamps
Have Headliner Bows but NO Headliner
Car looks a bit better in the pictures overall a great car to finish
