Separate speedo

Hey guys, I want to put an extra speedo in my charger that shows the rebuilt engine miles. Anyone done this already and can I buy one that has 4K on it already or a programmable version?

Couldn't you take a picture of the odometer or write it down somewhere for record keeping? There are now GPS speedometers that use a GPS sender to record speed and miles, that might be the easiest way to go for a separate device. Custom gauge builders such as Classic instruments or Redline might be able to set the mileage for you on a unit purchased from them.

Thanks Gregg I'll check them out, I want to keep an accurate track of the mileage on the new engine as the years go by without re setting the original speedo. So the original speedo.
