what is the shift pattern be for a 69 road runner?
should 1st gear be at the top left or bottom left of the shift pattern? car has a hurst shifter and it doesn't show the pattern, it seems like 1st gear is at the bottom left is that possible?

Top left but your linkage arms are upside down. Unbolt the arms from the tranny and flip them.
