Ahoy, Mates! My 69 Coronet R/T feels as if I'm sailing on the high seas. Although I have full Hemi suspension, my shocks just aint adequate enough. They're kinda mushy, and I can't expect too much rollin' around on bias ply Red Lines either, but I feel new shocks are in order. Any recommendations and why? Thanks, Ted

I used KYB gas shocks. I did not like the white so I painted them black.

I second the KYB shocks. They are the best bang for the buck.

Monroe is what I use also.....unless I need some for going fast. Then it's Competition Engineering painted black

Monroe, or if you hit the lottery, QA1's. Save the KYB's for your dumptruck.
