Shoulder belt What does it fit?

I have a NOS shoulder belt PN 2999588 I thought it was a 70 but my 70-71 parts book does not list it. Anyone with a 69 book?

2299 588 is not present in '67, '68, '69, '70-'71, '72, or '73 final-edition FPCs. Sometimes the label number differed from the part number (like the casting number on a part differed from its part number).
