Side trim for a 64 440 Dodge 2 door hdtp

As the title says, I'm missing a couple of pieces of trim for a 64 440 Dodge 2 door hardtop, the pieces I'm looking for are the drivers side door bottom and the drivers side rear qaurter top, also need a nice set of instrument knobs and radio knobs, any other nice trim pieces also considered.
