Don't laugh ! But how do you install a side view mirror. I purchased a twin post mirror and it came with 2 chome sheetmetal screws that apparently screw into the door. Is there any bracing that I need to add to the inside of the door ? Thanks !

It wouldn't hurt, but it's not necessary.

I need to move mine. Doesn anyone have the proper measurements from the front of the door and from the beltline or something? there doesn't appear to be any holes in the panel. I thought they would have been there even if they had been filled.

I've seen them all over the place. If the car is a driver I recommend having someone hold the mirror at different points until you find the one that gives you the best rear view. These mirrors are small anyway. Also, make sure the placement of the mirror doesn't interfere with the operation of the wing window. My front screw is 3 3/8" down from the top of the door (flat area) and 15 1/2" back from the door front edge (measured forward from the 3 3/8" point and parallel to the door top edge).
