This is not a factory Chrysler thing, but I've seen those dual springs in just about any good parts house or even Summit. The dual sprigs are shorter than the factory so you will need to run the bracket closer or a stiff piece of wire as an extension.
Mancini, Jim's, Dante's etc. have stock springs. Some racing bodies require dual springs. Summit Racing has some double setups but you will have to verify what length you need and may have to modify your return spring bracket or add a piece of wire as Meep says.
